Billy Jealousy’s Marked IV Life - tattoo care kit

With Marked IV Life, I set out to build a visual identity rooted in tradition and storytelling: taking cues from American classic tattoo aesthetics while keeping it fresh and functional. I crafted custom illustrations for every product label, inspired by the ingredients themselves, with a limited color palette to honor that traditional tattoo look. The box layout features tattoo sleeve‑style graphics on its sides, incorporating traditional icons to echo those illustrated label motifs.

All the illustrations were done by hand: ink on acetate. To preserve charm, texture, and authenticity. The goal was for packaging to feel like art, a keepsake, as much as a tool for care. Whether you’re just finishing a new piece or preserving one you’ve had for years, the design supports both the ritual and the healing.
What made this project especially meaningful was seeing it resonate beyond the studio. It received recognition from Packaging Impressions, which was a nice affirmation that the care and intention behind the work came through.
